- Rate and benefits are valid for 2 (two) persons in the One Bedroom Villa and 4 (four) persons in the Two Bedroom Villa.
- Extra bed is available at USD.55 net per night including the daily breakfast. Maximum 1 (one) extra bed is allowed per villa.
- Baby cot is available at USD.15 net per night, inclusive of tax and service charges. Breakfast is not included.
- Extra breakfast is available at USD.10 net per person.
- Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will incur cancellation charges of one night’s accommodation inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges. Cancellation notice for high season periods is 30 days while for peak season is 45 days (please refer to “cut off date”).
- 100% of total room night reserved, inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges will be applied in the event of late arrivals, no-shows and early departures.
